- Digital high-resolution cameras with recorders positioned all around the facility
- Cameras monitored by facility staff during regular office hours and footage available for review when needed
- Security and fire alarm services through Mountain Alarm
- Security gate with individual tenant codes that control access to only authorized tenants and records dates and times of entry and exit
- Entrances, alley ways, outdoor parking spots, and indoor unit hallways brightly lit by multiple lights positioned all around the facility
- Protective 6-foot perimeter fencing surrounding the entire facility
- Periodic visits from the local law enforcement K9 unit for random drug sweeps
